The Royal Free Travel Health Centre is supported by the Academic Unit For Travel Medicine and Vaccines, a designated WHO Collaborating Centre for Reference, Research and Training in Travel Medicine, the Department of Infectious and Tropical Diseases and the WHO Reference Centre on Viral Diseases.

Information for Customers:

Customers should note that travel health information is not given over the telephone or by email for reasons of medical confidentiality.  The clinic is a wholly private clinic.

Please note that the administering of vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis or any blood tests will only be provided to customers following a consultation with one of our travel health nurse advisers to ensure the continued well-being of our customers.

Customers of the Travel Health Centre are reminded that physical and /or verbal abuse of our staff is unacceptable in any circumstances.

All incidents of abuse are treated seriously and you will be asked to leave the clinic and they may be reported to the police.
