From Hendon
By bus: take the 83, 183 or 240 to Golders Green then the 268 to the Royal Free.
Or take the 113 to Finchley Road station, then the 268 or C11 to the Royal Free. The C11 also comes direct to the Royal Free from Brent Cross shopping centre.
By tube: northern line to Belsize Park.

From Edgware
By bus: take the 240 to Golders Green, then the 268 to the Royal Free. Or take the 113 to Finchley Road station, then the 268 or C11 to the Royal Free.
By tube: northern line to Belsize Park.

From High Barnet (via north Finchley)
By bus: take the 263 to Archway then the C11 to the Royal Free.
By tube: northern line to Belsize Park (change at Camden Town on to the Edgware branch).

By car: Parking in the streets around the hospital is controlled by residents' permits and pay and display areas.
